I can’t find my download email.
Check your spam folder, then request a new link using the email you used at checkout. If you still need help, email support@wovexa.com.
My access link isn’t opening.
Request a fresh link and open the newest email. If the problem continues, contact us with your order reference and a description of what happens. The private access page needs JavaScript and necessary cookies to open your download. Please don’t forward the private link itself when asking for help.
How do I save and open the PDF?
Open your purchase link, choose the download button, and use your browser’s save or download control. Open the saved file with a PDF reader. The cookbook’s contents links and bookmarks help you move between recipes. If opening fails, tell us your device, PDF reader, and what you see; keep card details and private links out of the message.
I left checkout. Did my payment go through?
Closing checkout does not establish a payment result. If you submitted a payment, check your purchase status and email before starting another order. If the result is unclear, contact support with the purchase email and any order reference.
Can I buy the soup cookbook yet?
Not yet. The collection is in development. Visit the cookbook page for the current preview and release status.
